Charred Sugar Snap Peas with Buttermilk Aioli from the August 2014 Bon Appetít. I added Pea shoots as I had them. Delicious! It gets a 5. Served with a reprise of the Lamb Curry from Not Your Mother's Dliw Cooker Cookbook by Beth Hensperger.
