New recipes, July 4, 2019

First, a new cocktail that we made up, we call it Red White and Blue.
2 oz Citron Vodka, mixed with 1/2 oz St Germain. Shake over ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Gently pour 1/2 oz blue curaçao down the side of the glass, followed by 1/4 oz grenadine and voila!
We liked this and give it a 4.

Dinner was CantLoupe Gazpacho with Crispy Prosciutto (we skipped the Prosciutto) from the July 3, 2019 Denver Post, and Roast Pork with Milk from NYT Cooking. These were both astonishing and delicious. We give both a 5.
