Parchment Packet Baked Tuna with Creamy Dijon Turmeric Sauce from the January/February 2020 Eating Well. The flavors are great, but I need to learn how to seal a parchment packet better—the potatoes came out undercooked. As made, it gets a 3, would certainly be a 4 properly cooked.
