New recipes, May 8, 2020

Avocado Toast with Prosciutto and Aleppo peppers, from the Denver Post for lunch. This gets a 4–easy, delicious. Dinner is Sweet and Peppery Flank Steak with Shishitos from the May 2020 Eating Well, and Potluck Chopped Salad from the May 2020 Bon Appetit. Both of these also get a 4. The shishitos got way more blackened than we intended!
