Dinner on 1/18/2011 was a new recipe for us from Mario Batali's Molto Italiano, Game Hens with Pomegranate. It was very tasty, indeed! It was nice with some cooked Farro on the side.
The wine was a 2000 Sommer Merlot. Though the wine has been around for awhile, the flavors blended nicely with the hens.
