New recipes, July 31, 2016

We cooked for our family reunion tonight all from the July 2016 Bon Appetít. Roasted Red Peppers with Cherry Tomatos with Ricotta, and
Corn Salad with Hazelnuts Pecorino and Mint. The red peppers get a 4, the corn salad gets a 5. 
We also served the Shishito Dog (not pictured), which was new and gets a 5, and repeated the Banh Mi, Hawaiian, and Elote Dogs.
Dessert is Frozen Peaches with Strawberry and Mint--we couldn't he it to freeze, but still delicious--it gets a 4.
