We started this evening with a Porch Crawler, a recipe from Food and Wine. This is a really wonderful cocktail--fun and with a little but not excessive zing from a serrano pepper. Make it!
Dinner was a Roasted Halibut with Wine-Braised Fennel. Also from Food and Wine, also a wonderful dish!
The wine was a 2007 Vie Di Romans Piere Sauvignon Blanc.
