Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Fresh Walnuts and Pecorino from Epicurious. Very tasty, and very easy. Served with delicious leftover Prosciutto and Lemon Stuffed Roast Pork Loin with Broccolini, and Root Vegetable and Mushroom Pie with Rosemary Biscuit Topping.
