Cumin Seed Roasted Cauliflower with Salted Yogurt Mint and Pomegranate Seeds, and Mediterranean Salad with Prosciutto and Pomegranate (we used Mangalica Ham instead of prosciutto), both from Epicurious. We served the cauliflower on a bed of amaranth. All delicious, and worth a repeat!
