New recipe, June 13, 2011

Tonight we had the Roast Beef with Chipotle Red Pepper Sauce and Mustard Chive Sauce (a worthy repeat) and the new recipes was the Spicy Pepper and Watermelon Salad (minus the flank steak) from Epicurious.com. These worked really nicely together!
Wine: 2005 Vineyard Pinot Noir. It is a nice pint noir, not overly complex, so a nice complement to the variety of flavors in these dishes. MMM!
