New recipe, June 7, 2011

Something else to do with left over, deli sliced roast beef! Vietnamese-Style Beef Salad from Epicurious.com. This had a great balance of flavors, and was delicious. Would make this again, for sure!

Wine: Leitz Out Rheingau Riesling 2009. I figured it would take an off dry riesling to stand up to pineapple, hot pepper flakes, and fish sauce. I was right--it worked quite well!
