New recipe, June 16, 2011

Tonight we had Lamb Chops with Orange Garlic and Caper Crust, from Epicurious.com. We had the wonderful Heirloom Tomato Salad with Mozzarella and Basil again as well.

The wine was the Éric Texier 2007 Côtes du Rhône Brézème, a really great match with the lamb.
