New recipe, October 19, 2012

Tonight's new recipe comes from Mario Batali's Molto Italliano: Roman Style Veal Cutlets with Sage. Served with a kale red bell pepper salad with lemon dressing. We liked the veal--we give it a 4.

Wine: Droin Chablis 2010- great match!
