New recipe, April 29, 2013

Strozzapreti with Favas Peas and Prosciutto from the March 2013 Cooking Light. Served with an impromptu salad with tomatoes, lettuce, green onions and avocado. Strozzapreti is a short curly pasta. We didn't have any so we used Christmas pasta shapes instead! This is a pleasant dish--we give it a 3.
