New recipe, April 6, 2013

Swiss Chard with Raisins and Almonds from the March 2013 Bon Appétit. This might sound sweet, but it is actually well balanced and savory. A great combination of flavors, it gets a 5! (How can Ii not love anything with toasted almonds?)
Served with pan fried flank steak.

No wine, enjoyed with a St Martin Winter Ale.
