New recipe, April 3, 2013

Raw Asparagus Mushroom and Parsley Salad with Nuts and Parmesan from the Denver Post. Nice--it gets a 4. Served with leftover Orange and Mint Stuffed Lamb with Sweet and Sour Cabbage, also from the Denver Post. This still gets a 4.

No wine--we had Unibroue's wonderful La Maudite Belgian style beer with it.
