New recipe, May 8, 2013

Spring Sautéed Greens with Bacon and Mustard Seeds from the June 2013 Food and Wine. If you like bitter greens, you'll like this (we used all mustard greens)--it gets a 4. To make it vegetarian, skip the bacon and add 1/2 to 1 tsp smoked paprika.

Served with tamales and mole (strictly what was in the freezer!).
