New recipe, March 4, 2012

Turkey and Pork Meatballs with Orecchiette Pasta and Spinach Almond Pesto, from Top Chef The Cookbook. We used mini farfalle, since we could not find orecchiette. Very tasty! We give it a 4!
Wine: Antis Torrontés 2010. Excellent match.
