New recipe, May 5, 2014

Roast Pork Tenderloin with Carrot Romesco, from the April 2014 Bon Appétit. Very nice, it gets a 4! Served with a reprise of the Persian Cucumber Salad with Lentils and Sprouts from the May/June 2014 Eating Well, still a delicious 4.

Wine: Muriel Rioja Reserva 2007--a nice match
