Today I got to have dinner with Carl before heading out to Madison Wisconsin for a meeting. We had Pan Seared Scallops on a Red Onion Marmalade with Peas, Black Pepper and Mint, both from Epicurious.com. Both were excellent.No wine, since I was driving to the airport . . .
