New recipe, May 11, 2011

Tonight, Carl made Aztec Chicken, from Epicurious.com. Really a richly flavored dish, served with a simple sliced tomato with Alder smoked salt. Carl left the butter out--we think adding a little back in would have made the sherry vinegar and lime juice flavors a little more balanced, but a great dish nonetheless.

No wine--once again at the theater, this time for Five Course Love at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
