This evening Carl adapted a recipe from Epicurious.com for Thai Chicken Coconut Soup. We didn't have a wine, as we were heading out to see 9 to 5 at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. It is a remake of the movie, with a lot more music, and I have to say was pretty entertaining. The soup was delicious as well.
